Day 1 – Dec 12 Friday

Day 1 – Arrive & Arrive Within Arrive by early afternoon and step into Van Vadi — a serene forest home that feels far away from the rush of life. After a warm welcome and a wholesome pahadi lunch, take time to settle into your space or join an optional forest walk. As the sun softens, we gather in the shala for our Opening Circle — to introduce ourselves, share intentions, and begin the process of release. Through guided reflection and mindful sharing, we begin emptying our “full glasses” and creating space for what’s next. The evening unfolds around a bonfire, simple conversations, and a grounding Sound Healing session under the stars.

Day 2 – Dec 13 Saturday

Day 2 – Release & Reflect Theme: Closing the Year Mindfully The day begins with gentle yoga and pranayama to awaken the body. Over breakfast, soak in the quiet sounds of nature before moving into deeper reflection. Through journaling prompts and an Art Therapy session with facilitator Mauli, you’ll process your experiences, express emotions, and bring closure to the year gone by. Post-lunch, we take a silent forest walk, allowing the morning’s reflections to settle. Later, join Shally for a Somatic Movement and Heart-Opening session — a light, soulful practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and feel supported within a group setting. The day closes with a sharing circle, bonfire, and a meditative candlelight evening.

Day 3 – Dec 14 Sunday

Day 3 – Intentions & Imagination Theme: Welcoming the New A new day, a new beginning. After morning yoga and meditation, we set gentle intentions for 2026 through guided journaling and creative exploration. The art and meditation session today is about visioning — creating from a place of openness and clarity. The forest walk in the afternoon invites playfulness and curiosity, leading into a trust-building activity that brings joy and lightness. As dusk settles, we gather for a soulful Baithak around the fire — music, stories, and reflection blending into one warm evening of community and connection.

Day 4 Dec 15 Monday

Day 4 – Integration & Departure Theme: Carrying the Stillness Home The retreat closes with a slow morning — a hearty breakfast followed by a reflective journaling exercise. You’ll write two letters — one to yourself, one to another — capturing what you want to carry forward from this experience. As we gather for our final circle, there’s gratitude, lightness, and quiet smiles. The forest holds our stories now — and we leave lighter, grounded, and ready to begin anew. Inclusions:
